Here is what you need guys. I did a blog post on these guys here privacology.com/wp/the-choice-of-choice-is-still-elusive/ The company starts with these guys who owns the product www.efgcompanies.com When I sent a postal opt out to them they told me they aren't the DB owners, but only the product offer. in their letter I was given 1-877-838-3322 ext. 8703 to call them back on which I did. From there I asked them for a contact number to contact the DB owners and was given 314-447-3538. When I called that number, I asked her for a postal address and she gave me P.O Box 28248 St Louis Mi 63132 but supposedly doesn't have a web address or other contact. From there I was able to find VSC Administration Center at this address on google 10176 Corporate Square Dr Ste 240 Saint Louis, MO 63132 From there it was owned by NAVISS LLC www.navissdirect.com/privacypolicy.html#OptOut Almost everything to have contact wise is hidden, but some sleuthing you can get it. Hope this helps!
Same as above. Not a call, but a very official looking piece of mail. I called the 800 number and asked for a physical location. The letter came from Ft Lauderdale, but the rep said the company is located in St Louis. He gave a P.O. Box, but no street address. I asked for a D & B reference number or a Better Business Review and he would not or could not give one. The rep was courteous, but evasive enough that I felt it could be shady so I ended the call. I think I would stear clear of these folks without more information and knowledge as to where they actually do business.
This is not a call, but it is the only number of a junk mail. I got this Junk mail. At first I was shocked by the title state "2nd attempt" and "request immediate action - time sensitive material enclosed", with small character "$2000 Fine, 5 years imprisonment, or both for any person interfering or obstructing with delivery of this letter US Mail TTT.18 U.S. CODE". I thought the letter might come from some administration offices and needed to take it seriously. But I just find it is similiar as other junk letter for extended warranties. These SOB are really annoying. Should I complain to 911? Or any other offices to stop their such silly action?
