calls 10 times a day, 6 days a week, requests post dated check and calls/mails 3rd parties unknown to me

Showed up as an unknown number. Automated message asking you to call the 800#. Also provided their business hours.

Claimed to be my bank. Returned call and automated service answered as my bank. Ask personal questions but could not verify anything.
It comes up as an unknown number. It's a pre recorded person and I have never answered it. Just got the number.
