Abusive - and irrogant collection agency that calls and releases information

it was from ARS National and they called my sisters home looking for me. They left their phone number and name with extension for me to call. How did they get my sisters phone number? She is upset that they are calling and leaving messages at her house. I have no idea what this is even for but they should try and contact the right number and not harass others. They are trying to make it others business and it is my business and privacy.

I have looked this phone number and alot of reports of rip offs and scams have been through this company. From what i read were calling peoples friends, which i thought was illegal.
