This # calls and as soon as you say hello, whom ever is on the line hangs up...this is getting very annoying, and we would like it stopped now.
I'm a Paralegal working for a law firm. We get several calls every day from this number & they say it's "merchant services" IF they even stay on the line after they hear the words "Good morning/afternoon, Law Office - may I help you?" Most of the time they just hang up and their number doesn't accept return calls. It just hangs up. THIS IS A SCAM!

Law Firm works, but I have a good one when they just called me. I knew it was a bogus call from the 800 number since it is my personal phone number, I answered "Do Not Call Office, Agent Jones, How may I help you?" For some reason there was a quick hang up on the other end.
Received a call from this number and it was a random lady on the phone. The first thing she asks me is," Do you guys take credit card over there?" Really weird. I answer," I believe so, but that's something you're going to have to discuss with our Accounts Payable." She said," That's fine." and immediately hangs up on me. I call back and get an automated message," This 800 number is available in your area. Please call 609-494-1050 for more information."
This is definitely a bogus number, so please be careful.
Got the same call and phone number. She just asked if this "XXX shoe" business and the hungs up immediately.
