Unknown name. States: Portfolio Management Solutions for Royal Bank. Refuses to give name. No explanation as to why a U.S. Bank office is calling a Canadian in Canada.

I don´t know who it is that is calling, but they never leave a message. In my book that sort of thing is tantamount to harrassment.
