(800) 365-0036

No sound ..no one said anything! When I first looked at my phone it said"inmate" 1 hour later it says caller unknown and the number is gone! it was an 877 number. I thought it came from "prison" bc it said "Inmate". I am calling my cell phone co. tomottow am.

same issue, mostly... repeated inmate calls. so, I hit 7, and called the 800 number back to halt all inmate calls. the voice then implied that I needed to call another 800 number to complete this process, but when I called that number, I was prompted to receive a text message to sign up for a $9.99/mo service that would allow me to learn more about the number that I had just called! I had hidden my caller id (i thought), so i wasn't too worried, but apparently it wasn't actually hidden, because I received the stupid txt message anyway.

Anyway, funny ending... By this point, I was doubting the inmate/collect call origin, but not 10 minutes later, I got a direct call from the inmate himself (must've found a cell phone). At least then I was able to tell him he had the wrong number, so hopefully this nonsense will end.

But now, some stupid service has my info. Dang.

I get the options of 0 to accept, 5 to not accept or 7 to block further calls and to dial 800-365-0036 . I pressed 7, hung up, called the 800 number, rang once and clicked off. I then got the call two more times from the inmate. I don't have caller ID so I don't know what the number was that called me.

I received a call from an inmate in Ventura CA.
After pressing #7 to block inmate's call I was adviced on their recording to call the -0036 number. This last number sounds busy every time I call so I don't know right away if my request to block calls worked.
