Got a number of these calls asking for someone not ever at this phone number. He asked for Gonzalez...The guy calling was a rank and nasty individual with very poor speaking skills. Spoke in uneducated voice and with a demeaning attitude. No reason for them to call this number. Today I received three calls this morning and decided not to answer any of them. The answering machine picked up and we were greated with distorted music that consumed much recording time. I have no pending issues with AT&T other than being disaappointed by their customer service to resolve receiving text messages of which I do not use or subscribe too.
Harassment like this brings frustration with a phone service that I rent on a monthly basis as a convenience to me and not for use by others to abuse. If someone adds me to a litigation concern, I would enthusiastically sign on and would convince others to do the same.
