I receive at least 4 times a days phone calls from this number claiming to be Citibank, leaving always the same message.

If this is a legit Citi number, why have they called me twice today but not left any messages? I don't even have a Citi account of any kind. Scam, Scam, Scam!

Calls and wants bank information

I get a call at least twice a day. They say they can't match my account to my phone number than ask for my name, account number or social security number. I said you called me so you must have all that info. I told them I would be tracing the calls and contact the police if they don't take me off their recording call. They said they would take my phone number off.

Why doesn't this app block this damn number!

Never anyone there, just hang ups.

For all the idiots who claim, this is not a scam I have a nice swamp land in my back yard to sell to you dirt cheap for only $10 million so you can drill for some black gold. If Citibank will call you, their name and # will show up on your caller ID if you are smart enough to have one in 2016. And they will leave a message. These people keep calling because they are stupids. We continue to receive their stupid calls: 11:17 am on 6/30, 2:10 pm on 6/29, 2:19 pm on 6/30, 11:11 am on 7/1, 2:11 pm on 7/1, 11:05 am on 7/5, 2:06 pm on 7/5, 11:18 am on 7/6, 2:19 pm on 7/6. This is our business line for which we have to pay $170 each month to AT&T but then we are the ones who have to waste our time getting these calls.

Call is really from Citi. All claims are incorrect about this being a spam call. If you are receiving calls from this number, I urge you to contact Citi via the number on your card or statement as there is probably an issue. I was called due to my payment being missed from the month before. The two was very nice and even credited my late fee. GREAT SERVICE!

Dipsticks called again @ 3:49 pm on 6/23/16 proving stupid people never learn anything in their pathetic and stupid life because they are stupids !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Call Blocker disconnected the call @ the 1st ring. But the morons will keep calling and getting their calls disconnected because they are stupids and we love it !!!!!!!!

Another day, another moron, dimwit, nitwit, nincompoop, POS robo caller like we have nothing better to do in our lives. 3 calls from these POS - 12:48 pm on 6/23/16, 4:44 pm on 6/22, 1:42 pm on 6/22. We pay AT&T $175 each month and this is the POS service we get from them because they keep claiming hackers, robo callers are smarter then they are because they are able to spoof all these #s. And the moon is made of cheese. Panaconic Call Blocker is on full alert and this # is blocked. Now let these POS keep calling because their call will be disconnected after the 1st ring !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stupidity now the badge of honor in the good old USA where dumb@ss politicians are in business to make sure they keep getting elected till the day they die and get a nice paycheck for doing absolutely nothing in their POS lives !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is NOT Citi Card. Whoever this is, it's 1) not professional or scripted, 2) a man, at times using speakerphone and not next to the phone but making squeaking or clattering sounds, not in an office 3) answers "hey," then "bueno," repeats those single word greetings, then tries other single word greetings. The man does not identify himself. NO messages are left, no phone # or request to return a call--nothing. The calls are regular, begin early in the day and continue every several hours throughout the day. They harrass.

This is a valid number from CITI CREDIT CARD Anti Fraud Department. They call card holders anytime a fraud is suspected and to confirm that the legal owner is the person using the card. Trying to make a payment to CITI is a hassle because of the passwords one must remember but that is another story, the number is legit and if the person getting a call from this number he/she has nothing to worry about.
