They call my cell phone 2 - 3 times a day! When I have answered they hang up. Have texted and told them not to call again. The one time I heard someone on the line I told them not to call again. They continue to call me. This is telephone harrassment as far as I am concerned.

Calls are always in Spanish, so I can't understand what they're saying. You didn't provide the option to choose "I don't know"
