It's definitely a SCAM they have some information to try to get you to give credit card information. DO NOT PICK UP! DELETE
They call my work phone 3-4 times a day. Say they are American Express. This is a scam do NOT answer, block the call.

Just read that this is a scam.They ask for your AMEX card number. I don't even have AMEX. Never have. They call me 3 times a day. Thank god I just discovered "Auto Reject Caller" on android. This is a scam. Beware.
Calls three times a day and computer voice places you on hold if you answer
