I made a payment to the University I'm attending and there was a $1.66 service charge for paying online with a credit card. This call was to confirm the $1.66 wasn't fraudulent. Did not ask for my account number or anything, just told me what the charge was, by whom and on what date and asked me to verify if I OK'd it.

I can confirm. I got a fraud alert call for my Carnival credit card.
