Today my mother, who is in the first steps of Alzheimer, received a package in the mail. She wasn't sure of what it was. Its contents consited of 12 small 1 oz bottles of a product called HGH EXTREME. Her credit card statement had just came in and no charges were on it. I called her credit card company and was told that she had a charge of $419.95 on recent charges. There was a 800 phone number on some of the paperwork that came in the box so I called it. I was told that she had signed up for a distributorship. I explained to the person on the phone of her condition and how could I return the items. I was told that there were no returns no refunds no exceptions. With in 5 minutes of trying to find out how to return the package I was told they claimed they had a recording of their conversation on the phone. This did not make sense so I called the credit card company back and told them what happened. We ended up cancelling her credit card so this scam company would no be able to add any additional charges to the account and disputed the charge itself. I was informed to return the product with delivery conformation. I have entered this notation to let any future prospects for this product to be aware that they have a " F " RATING at the BBB in LAS VEGAS, with many complaints that were never answered or solved. I am personally going to notify the STATE ATTORNEY and the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISION in hopes that they will put an end to this companys deviant practices.
