Refuses to send proof of debt. Has been informed of bankruptcy protection but just laughs and says so what. I just ignore them and reject calls. If they won't send proof of debt most likely they know their claim would be laughed out of court

thay say thay are a collection and thay will not stop calling thay call at least 4 or 5 times a day and a different person each time , and when asked to speak to a supervisor well thay were so rude about it , this has to stop thay start calling about 7 am and thay call as late as 9 pm at night

This has got to stop. Somehow this number was looking for my son and called me. I live 45 minutes away. Its a crime the Federal Government doesn't put these individuals in jail. Asking for ss# etc. Mike Bennett was the name that called today 6-28-11 at above referenced number.
