Received a call from a mr.garza saying they were going to garnish my wages and take my drivers license. I haven't called them back. The extension he gave was 234.

these people will not stop calling me. They call my workk and cell phone at least 5 times a day. they are telling me that i owe them money and i know that i do not.

I received a call from Garcia stating that this a legal matter and need to be resolved. I have received several calls from different people stating that I owe money, and the amount is always $300.00, I have called Legal Sheild to investigate the company. The last call I received when I told them I have attorney looking into the company they hung up the phone.

THEIR PHONE NUMBERS FREQUENTLY, BUT ARE THE SAME PEOPLE. I CALLED THEM BACK AND TOLD THEM THEY NEED TO GET A LIFE AND A JOB AND STOP HARRASSING PEOPLE ON THEIR JOB. SHE GOT MAD AND HUNG UP THE PHONE. BE AWARE OF THESE LOW LIVES, THEY MAY SUCKER SOME INTO FALLING FOR THEIR TRAP; HOWEVER IF YOU KNOW YOU HAVE NO ACCOUNT WITH THESE ESTABLISHMENTS THEN YOU KNOW THAT IT'S A SCAM.

I just got a call from Ava Galacey(not to sure on spelling) from 1-800-478-5809. I did not know number and let go to voicemail. She proceeded to say that I had a wage assignment on her desk. Before I did anything I googled the number and found it was a scam. Now I will block the number.

these people had my name, my birthdate, my social security number as well as my banking info and EVERYTHING!!!!! this african lady started cussing at me and telling me i needed to pay!!!!! for a $300.00 dollar loan i never received!!!!!!!! i googled the number and found out its a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!! do not give them any information!!!!!

Attention people this place is a scam I did all my research and found out the real deal. This payday loan company which was also ezell Williams and associates is ran by an African American family. The owners are chantelle and Charles dickey. Chantelle goes by the alias Ms Jackson as well as her employees goes by aliases as well. They will get your info and say you owe a online payday loan which started at $300. THIS IS A LIE. From what it seems the dickeys have been scamming for a while now they take our money and spend it.

Called me and said they were a collection company for a cash advance company called Advance Quick Cash and Advance Cash Loans. They said I had taken out a loan for $300 in May 2011 and never paid it back. They said they were going to take me to civil court and report my name to the employers database to get my wages garnished. I asked why this was the first time I had ever heard of this matter and she said they had sent me letters and called my work. Both of these statements are not true. They said I could settle today and I told them that I wanted a copy of all the paperwork I supposedly signed. She said I would get it when I went to court. I did not pay her any money and called the FTC to file a complaint. They said it was a scam. Do not pay them any money. Hope this helps.

I work for a law office. One of our client enroled with a pay day loan & we received collection notice from Recovery Services, LLC. Case manager Tina Riley Ext-233.

We worked out a settlement and agreed to pay $300 to settle in full. Gave them our checking details, but thay were unable to run.Then asked for a card. We authorized them to charge $300 from our card on 10/02/2012.

But on the very next day I found there were several charges made from our card, like $2160+$240+$396+$501.22+$300 total of $3597.22. Except of $300 all the others were unauthorized debit.

Spoke to Tina Riley & she transfered me to Ms Williams Ext-5000 one of there team member from finance dept. Told her the situation & she assured me to revese back the $3297.22 with in one week, but till now I'm still negotiating with them for the refund.

Received calls repeated number of times - at my job (all my different extensions) and on my home number. Threatened wage garnishment and more. Gave me names of pay day loan companies I owe, but are none existent. Am throughly annoyed and so are my coworkers who have answered their phone calls. Was polite but kept pursuing me to give him a bank card or my bank check.

Said it was an urgent matter and gave a case number
