even if you tell them they have the wrong number they still call a rep name Tiffany hung up when I called back David transferred me to imagery manger I have asked this company to stop calling my phone at least four times in last month

Sounds like a collection firm. Let message that goes, "Hello, this message is for [can't figure out name]. If you are not [can't figure out name], please delte this message as this is not for you."

Caller left a message on the answering machine. Stating "This is ERC, you have a claim against you. You or your legal representation call us". Did not identify what kind of a claim. My question is, how can there be a "claim" when all my bills are current and I've had no wrecks or anything legal going on? Sounded like a scam.
