Caller ID is Toll Free Call. Its CBCS Also Known As CBCS National, 236 E Town Street, Columbus, OH, 43215-4633 & 105 W 5th Ave., Emporia, KS 66801. Also calls from 866-658-9360, 620-343-6220 & 785-238-6123 Known for illegally trying to collect on accounts that are out of the statute of limitations. PS: to CBCS according to the social security death list the guy you are calling died in 2000 and his son in 2003 therefore i would worry if either answered the call.
