Every day I receive an automated message from "Chelsea" stating they are a debt recovery place. I have no debt and owe nobody anything. When I dial the number back, I can't get through. They call at all hours, 7 days a week. This should be illegal.

They left a message at my home phone, automated by chelsea. It said part of my name and part I didn't know. I have no debt out there????? To call back they gave me number above and when I called it...I got a busy signal right away and no ring at all! What a scam
left messages asking for a person does not live here
dont know who they're asking for, have called them back after the first 5 calls, get daily, and they still call me. am on the do not call registry also
