Scam

Multiple times a day. I finally answered and they said I missed a payment (NOT TRUE) and they would help me make it over the phone. I hung up!

HSBC; I've closed out many years ago, this credit card. Yesterday, perhaps 6-7 times I received calls, no messages left from HSBC BANK USA, at 8:25pm, June 3, 2020, 800-524-9686, 7:22pm, 1:37pm, 1:01pm, 9:52am, on June 3, 2020. Previous to this, and having these calls traced, I have written a letter to HSBC Bank USA, informing them of this & other matters, as I have closed the credit card account many years prior, and was concerned about the reason why I am in receipt of these calls & asked if this was their number, to have all calls stopped/blocked from calling my phone & if they can send me confirmation as to why I'm in receipt of these calls & what is the problem? To date, I haven't received an answer from HSBC Bank USA, and have reported the previous calls to the "DO NOT CALL" registry; 800-382-1222, following the prompts, and having my telephone provider trace the calls. It's amazing, under the "Stay at Home" orders during this pandemic and now protests, why any calls should be coming in is beyond belief! Please "STOP" all scam callers from violating persons rights!
