Been getting multiple calls from this number, It either stops ringing before I get there, or hangs up when I answer. If they call again, I think I'll report them to the FTC.

Might be Subaru dealership/ or call center looking for business like an oil change/service for car or maybe another car sale.

Caller asked for personal information without identifying herself. Possible idenity theft spoof. Had some of my personal information. Don't know who to connect to go have this person.
