Received a call from 'DreictTV' sales representative (in Spanish did not speak English) apparently to sell services. When I requested to speak to a Manager - the operator was hesitant - then eventually passed me to one that listened to my explanation that the number reached was registered with the Do Not Call List and that calls of this nature are prohibited under FCC Regulations. He hung-up.
