claim they are Humana, they keep calling. only way to stop them is change your phone number or just throw all your phones down the toilet.

girl said she was with Humana. Wanted Power of Attorney info. Told me it was the law, no it is NOT. Cussed and hung up on her. The scammers keep calling about this stuff and in home servics. getting tired of it.

Was just called again after I had complained about the calls, I called the Humana # on my member card and "Karla" said it is a Humana associated number. She said she googled it and got the scam info too.Said she would put me on the do not call list. Scammer told me not to cuss. I told him not to call and I won't .

There is legal action you can take against this number, esp if it is an actual number of Humana's. Once you tell them to Stop Calling or you Email them, meaning Humana to stop calling, keep your records of such calls and emails, and they can be fined by the courts from $250 per call there after up to $5000. per call there after. You usually need an attorney who is a personal injury attorney and only gets paid if you win a judgement. If you tell them by phone, NOT TO CALL, have another individual be on the call with you. Always best to have an attorney as that person since they represent the Court System.

They are a very persistent nursing service apparently contracted with Humana to provide a one-time per year home visit. They have called me a million times and I tell them I don't want it. They argue with me and insist, which all that does is get me angry. I forget the name of the nursing company but they don't want to take "no" for an answer. And they keep calling back. I just don't answer it. I don't understand why they are insistent upon shoving this down my throat. Unless you want their service, which is free through Humana, I recommend that you not answer it. They call my home and landline, one right after the other...just did a few moments ago.

They say it is Humana but if it is why not identify themselves on CID? They have called twice this week and I didn't answer either time, and I won't!

CID representation is determined by phone companies and is the responsibility of phone companies. Some phone companies will not have it saying Humana in the the CID, but that is not Humana.s fault. This is a legitimate number for Humana's "Humana At Home" service. It is not an upsel and not spam.

The Seniors vs. Crime Brownwood office received a call Wednesday from a nearby resident who said he had been called by someone representing himself as a representative of Humana Insurance. The caller wanted to offer the resident additional health insurance services for free but needed some personal information which the resident did not give to the caller, according to Seniors vs. Crime. The number of the caller was (800) 579-4916. Seniors vs. Crime representative called the number and it was answered “Humana.” But a Humana representative said it was not their number.

Seniors vs. Crime reminds residents to never give out any personal or financial information to anyone on an unsolicited call.

There is no internal look-up where a Humana CSR would be able to enter an internal phone number, click a button and determine with any accuracy whether that is a legitimate phone number or not. Humana has literally 1000's of phone numbers. A better tact would be to ask for the respresentative's name that calls or the department name and then call customer service to inquire. There is an internal lookup for Humana asscoiates.

They tried to sign me up with a personal nurse. After answering basic questions, I finally said that I was interested. Very pushy, would not take no for a answer.

These bastards called me today looking for a "Robert King" and I told them they had the wrong number and to never call my number ever again! Next time they call, I'm gonna have my college, medical school and new car paid for with a lawsuit! They've called me about 5-7 times already and told them to never call me ever again.
