I am located in Toronto, Canada with a 416 area code.
Have recently been bombarded with calls from this number (I never pick up).
Sometimes they leave a blank voicemail and a couple of times leave a ref. number and ask for a call back (which I have not done)
I received a total of four calls from this number. The first time they called, they left a message but I could not understand a single word of what the person was trying to say. I deleted the message.
