Definitely a scam. I'm a Virgin Mobile customer, and the robovoice still says Verizon Wireless. I wish they'd stop calling.

Offers a refund to your cell phone account of x amount of money by sending you to a website to steal your personal information. Seems to be hitting Verizon customers but might include other cell phone companies.
