Two calls. Cooks magazine.
I said do not call again....
Cooks Illustrated Magazine telemarketers have called me every day for over 2 weeks to try to get me to renew my friends gift. I told them 2 WEEKS ago NO, and they still call, up to 3 times a day. I tell them repeatedly NO. Yesterday the person looked me up on their computer list and confirmed that I had been marked as not wanting magazine 2 weeks ago, 'but it takes up to a month for calls to stop", even when one says NO. All repeated today. Today, I called Cooks Customer Service (CS) number on website. CS person says she has taken my name off list and I should not be called. She said telemarketers don't tell the customer that one can call Cook's Illustrated phone to be taken off list. "They are just telemarketers," Sabrina said. I asked for supervisor to make a complaint about this, was on hold 15 min; was told that manager on lengthy call; she might get back to me. CS manager name is Paula Slagell. To me, and surely anyone, this repeated calling is mental harassment.
I have bought a subscription to this magazine and am annoyed that because I have decided not to renew - they are calling me twice a day1

this telemarketing service continues to call my number even though I'm on a do not call list
