I got a call from "Wells Fargo" at this number claiming to be about fraud on my credit card account. The guy had a heavy accent and I didn't trust it for a second. When he asked for my three digit card number, I hung up. I called Wells Fargo directly and they said there is no problem with my account and no one tried to contact me. Weirdly, the caller ID said Wells Fargo and the number is a legit WF number. Beware!

Called us too. If it seems wrong just hang up and call the number on the back of your card. Banks should never ask for your account # or SS # over the phone!

Caller ID shows Wells Fargo. They knew the first 4 digits of my card # & asked if I authorized $800+ charge & I said no. They wanted me to read them my CC number & I said I would call Wells Fargo & verify this with their fraud department. Fraud department has no record of any of this!!! DO NOT GIVE OUT INFO to anyone who calls you!!!

This is not Wells Fargo!!! Wells Fargo ends in a 9 not a zero!
I accidentally misdialed it myself! It is a number that is giving "free trips to the Bahamas" and wants you to press 1 or 2 and to me that is trying to "cram" your number (it lets a number out of country tap into your phone line). I fell for it for a second, to "decline" the trip, but still pressed 2. NEVER press numbers when someone calls you. Now I am worried I will get a bill on my phone.
