Our office noticed your recent posting on the internet regarding your complaints about telephone calls being received from telemarketers at 1-800-651-5458 and also pertaining to “hang-up calls” from this same telephone number.

After an investigation conducted by our agency our office has identified the organization that is making these unsolicited, abusive, disruptive and annoying telephone calls.

We are offering to assist individuals, such as you, in stopping future telephone calls from this telemarketing organization. At your specific request we will serve this telemarketing organization with a CEASE AND DESIST NOTICE on your behalf. We will also provide you with a certified copy of the “cease and desist” order for your records should you need it for future legal action.
