This is the extension number belonging to Mr. Murphy of ERC. Enhanced Recovery Corp. I called their number 800-496-4598 and Mr. Murphy answered the phone. I asked for all the phone numbers for his company. He said he only knew his own (800-658-0054). I asked him to find out for me and I would hold. He put me on hold for 1-2 minutes, got back on the phone and said I'd have to submit a letter in writing asking for all the numbers. I said I would not. I wanted to know them now. He said he could not help me. I asked to speak to his supervisor. I waited even longer then. Mike Bach, his Manager then got on the phone and told me all the same things - that there were far too many phone numbers as they have offices in 3 states. I said I had all afternoon and was ready to write. He asked me to repeat that twice. I did each time. I told him I knew he could find all the numbers. He gave me 2. Two numbers for offices in three different states. I told him I knew he could tell me more since I could hear many voices in the background. He, like Mr Murphy told me to submit a letter in writing. I'm a little irritated but nowhere near done. The two other numbers he gave me are 800-390-7586 and 800-497-8044. So that is a total of 4 phone numbers for ERC or Enhanced Recovery Corp. -- Oh they are calling again now...Danny from ERC in Florida. Phone came up as "Anonymous" I told Danny (800-496-4598) that I just spoke with a manager there. He apologized and hung up.
