I just got a few calls recently from them asking for someone I used to know of, I let him use my cell phone, so guess what

the representative of USBANK, I gave her the home phone number of the person explaining her that I am not even sure if thats still valid or not, but stop BUGGING ME!

guess what she called me again this morning 8:30AM, telling me as if I am a liar and I should somehow make him call them by 4:00 PM or else (she will keep bugging me)
I told her that I am not even that person himself and she(representative) has no right to call me and push me and bug me, then she just said whatever she had to say then hung up while I was still talking.

I didn't curse and try to be logic and calm... and she just hung up! what a well trained representative.

then I called the supervisor, I explained him everything, then he doesn't even say sorry and keep asking

like "where do you live" "what's your phone number"... I told him, "hey hey hey I am now complaining and it looks like you are doing the same thing as your representative without even any apology"

then guess what, he said "it's your fault you let him use your cell phone bye bye" ........
hung up while I was talking... also this time I did not curse and tried to be logic and calm.
ok, I let him use my cell phone once, then it gives right to them to be rude and bug me?
I don't think so, supervisor should know better... shame on him and his company.

If they call you and you are not the person they are looking for, just be rude and hang up!
you don't need to have manner for that kind of people!!!!!
