Everytime they call from a different number, and when I ask them to take me off the call list they hang up! It is a pharmacy company of some sort...but probably not legit!

A received a phone call from this number and asked if this was April. When I said yes, they hung up. I called back and it goes directly to voice mail eventually it doesn't accept any messages saying its full.

They call my cell phone - ask for me by my first name and then hang up. I call the number back and it goes directly to voice mail and tells you to leave a message after the tone, but then proceeds to tell you that the mailbox can not accept anymore messages.
