Called my cell phone four times then called my house number five times very annoying and harassing.

No one in phone get several calls a day

Have a loan with HFC and as soon as you are one day late they start calling home and cell phone non stop. 90% of time no one is on other side if yoiu answer. When I do get someone and tell them when the payment is going to be made they say they will note the account and the calls should stop. But the calls start up again the next day even if it was a week when I told them I could pay. If you don't have a loan with HFC then put the number on a block list. If you do have a loan with them then make sure they only have your home number. If they get your work # they will start calling your work all day too. Almost got me fired with that crap.

I get phone calls from this number all hours of the day and night!! When I answer the calls, nobody else is on the other line!! They continue to call, even though they now go to voice mail...It's sickening how this company is getting away with making phone calls of harassment to people that don't deserve it!!! I work nights and don't answer any phone calls before 10 am or 11am!! They need to knock it off!!!

They call several times a day looking for the guy who sold me the house 7 yrs ago. They obviously used my home address to find an associated phone number. I"ve explained to them over & over the person they're looking for used to live hear & i also ask to please correct their database. I now keep my phone on mute. if I'm home the TV has caller ID & I can see if its someone I know or not, else i feel if they don't leave a mssage it can't be too important

They keep calling at ALL hours. I had to put them on ignore because they would call when I am asleep.

THIS NUMBER 1-800-715-6478 CALLS ALL DAY LONG, TODAY THEY CALLED AT 8:15AM . OF COURSE NOONE ON THE OTHER END TALKS, BUT THE TIME I DID TALK TO THEM ,i TOLD THEM THE PERSON THEY WANT WILL BE HOME AT 5:30PM AND TO CALL THEN. WELL THE FOOLS DO NOT CALL AFTER 5:30 WITH A PERSON THAT WILL SPEAK, I CAN HEAR THEM, SO WITH THEM CALLING 6 TO 7 TIMES A DAY I GUESS I MIGHT AS WELL JUST DEDUCT $5.00 EVERYTIME THEY CALL AND NOONE IS ON THE OTHER END, LOL

I hear you, they call me Sun-Sun all damn day long they start at 08am and end at 09pm. The call every half hr on the hours all dang day. They would alternate between my cell and house. This is harassment at it's best. There automated line picks up all the time and no one answers the phone. When they do it's like ugh...stop calling my house and cell check your system you received payment it's cleared in my back. I hate HSBC hope the company crumbles.
