Loan scavenger trying to collect a $0 balance debt.

Guy called Dan called us and left a message to return call. This company has been harassing us for a debt, that belongs to my husbands deadbeat dad, for the last 8 years. We always tell them we have no contact with him and have not for over 25 years. We have repeatedly told them to cease and desist, stop calling, take our number out of their systems, stop, stop, stop. They never do. It gets quiet for a few months then BAM!!! It all starts again. They always start with "I need to verify your SS#". WTF!!! I would never ever give that out to anyone. Now they are threatening court. LOL Keep Dreaming. I would love to see that happen. The Judge would have a field day with them. Suddenly it is ok to sue a person for a debt that a different person made in 1976. Before we even were born. So pathetic that this company can keep doing this.

Some one frome this number called 5 times in less then a half hour. They would not say who they are they judt kept trying to get me to answer questions about, is ....your name? is.... yor soc#. When I asked who is this they said they needed to confirm my id be for they would say!! SOUNDS SHADY TO ME.
