This company calling themselves "Cardmember services" keep calling my grandmother. She does not have a credit card which is the excuse they give her for calling. Each request to take her off of their list falls on deaf ears. They will not give a representative name or ID number. They keep saying they're calling to lower her interest rates but like I said, she does not have a credit card. She doesn't even have a debit card.
