Calls both mobile and home phone, asks for someone in house, state they aren't here and states that his name is Alvin Douglas that person needs to call him back immediately today. The line is being recorded and it's a business matter.

They have called numerous times even though the debt was already paid by addiferent company after I consolidated. The day after they were notified that the debt was paid they sent a garnishment "order" to my staffing office. After this they continue to call repeatedly but will not leave a message and just hang up. I think they are hoping I will pay them and thus null and void the consolidation. They also took my income tax for three years and never acknowledged receipt of monies so instad of the debt going down-it kept going up with interest. When I consolidated the loan the Dept of Ed. made them acknowledge the money that was already paid so its' almost like they have a personal vendetta to try to scam as much as they can out of me. I have reported them to the Dept of Education consolidation Dept.
