They called about my debit card and didnt ask for any of my personal info. They asked me about 3-4 transactions to makesure they were authorized except the very last one wasnt. I had 2 unauthorized trans. And they blocked the card completly

This is the second time the've called about supposed charges on my Card.

Called my bank directly and stopped any transactions that come forth.

Risk Managment called on behalf of my bank checking on a couple of charges to my debit card to make sure it was me who made the charges to my debit card. They didn't ask for any other imformation. After talking to them I had no problem with the call.

Fraud Department: In my case TD Bank North someone was attempting to use my old Debit/Credit card on the internet. Account was closed.
