I made it quite clear that I wanted these calls to stop or I was filing a complaint. They have not stopped and are still harassing me.

Yup...strongly agreed, such an annoying call from BCR...
I believe they wanna talk to the person who took over my phone number previously...
I requested to delete and update from the system...it doesnt work AT ALL!!!


Such a harassing company with unprofessional representatives!

they say they cannot transfer to supervisor and they dont have the ability to place you on their company do not call list. and they never stop calling
