they repeatedly call my phone back to back to back to back to back at least 10 times a day..nonstop harrassment. I have already sent them a notice to cease and desist they have ignored this demand!

Called these people because they are trying to charge me for an account that was paid off through CheckSmart company in Ohio. I had paid the account off a year prior and they are trying to come back and tell me I owe them for fees. I talked with the manager "Dan" and he was very snippy with me and harrassing me. I told him under FDCPA he is harrassing me and I would like to speak to his manager,he denied me and hung up on me.
