I have received this call up to three times in one day. Never had service with Cox and don't owe anything to anybody. So annoying! I don't answer the phone as it comes up 'unknown' in the caller id. They leave messages constantly with a reference number and it seems to be a different person each time.

Got 2 calls from an "unknown" number with the same spiel. She didn't say my name mention who she was calling for but this is verbatim from the voice message "This is Ms. White from Equidata, I have a very important business matter to discuss with you. Please give me a call back at 18008882274 ext. 445 hrs are 8-8 mon-fri, please ask for Ms. White. Your reference # is 4881740. Please be advised this is not a telemarketing call. This is a call from a debt collector Equidata"

did she sound like she got a stuffed nose? lol.

Received multiple calls from this number. Last one from “Ms. Linkins” – all calls state “be advised this is not a telemarketer” they give a ext and reference number but do not say who they are calling for. They simply say “call for you”. They call from a “unavailable” or blocked number but leave this number as their call back. Not a legitimate business call. Google pulls up “Equidata”. I see previous comments on other sites stating they claim to be COX but I've never have an account with COX communications/Cable, I wouldn’t waste time calling back to hear whatever scam they’re trying to pull or product they’re trying to sell you. They are annoying and call multiple times with the same message, no idea how they got my phone number. Probably bought off a list from someone.

Received a voice mail from this no asking me to call back and ask for a ms Moore, even left an extension number and stating she was from Equidata and it was "an important matter".
