Called claiming to be Eric Riley with ABC Financial. Keeps saying it's about "something urgent" but leaves a dead website for me to visit and says it's in regards to a gym membership that I closed over a year ago. He's called me so many times I had to block it, and still continues to pester me and leaves voicemails all the time. Absolute scam. Block ASAP or you will be ignoring their calls daily.

Toll free call from ABC Fitness. My call blocker blocked the number. I have no idea why they're calling me. Never heard of them. This is the 2nd day in a row they've called at about the same time.

How to get on the "Do Not Call" List

Add the number to National Do Not Call registry. To register by phone, call 1-888-382-1222 (voice) or 1-866-290-4236 (TTY).

Some states have statewide do-not-call lists for residents (e.g. Texas No Call list). Check with a state's public service commission or consumer protection office to see if a list is available. Contact information can be found through National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners.

There are some exceptions to the do-not-call rule. For example, calls from political organizations, not-for-profit organizations and organizations conducting surveys are still allowed.

ABC FINIANCIAL GOLD'S GYM I'VE ASKED THEM TO STOP TRYING TO AUTOMATICALLY DEDUCT MY PAYMENTS. EVERY MONTH THEY DO IT SO THEY CAN CHARGE A LATE FEE. THEY NEVER DEDUCT ON THE FIRST IT'S THE 1ST 4TH 5TH 6TH OR WHENEVER THEY FEEL LIKE IT.
