Asked to verify name, if you verify name then asks for last 4 digits of social security number, DONT GIVE THAT INFO.

Phone number shows up at Macy's on caller ID. I've never had a Macy's account and the phone number they called was actually a number I had not lived at in over 8 years. Conserned about my identity, I called back. The number was actually Sallie Mae.

Ask for last 4 of ss# to verfy caller. only get answering machine. No person.

I receive a call from this number every Saturday morning at 8:00 am. It is a recording asking for Paul Vay. The recording says press one if this is Paul and press two if not. There is no Paul Vay at my phone number, never heard of him. If I press two, the recording asks me to have Paul call this number. When I call the number to tell them to stop calling me I get a recording asking to verify that this is Paul Vay by supplying them with the last 4 digits of his social security number which of course I can't do. I have no idea who this recording is from and can't get through to an actual person. I am sick of it!!! Any ideas?
