Hope this helps.
I believe this was a call from Prescription Solutions, and was either a reminder call or probably a phone call about a refill that was sent. I use their servce; so it wasn't an unsolicited call. The caller id did puzzle me because it came up on my caller id as unavailable and 1-800-908-9097. It would have been nice if their identity hadn't been blocked on caller id. I did an online search for the phone # and this is how I found out who had called me. Companies really should unblock their identity for caller id since I tend to not pick up calls that say "unavailable".
When I picked up the phone, their automated dialer disconnected me before I could speak with their representative. There apparently was some type of technical glitch because their automated line said"this call is experiencing tehnical difficulties, thank you for your time, goodbye."
