I miss a call from 713-987-3491, I called back and she insisted I was calling Verizon Wireless, I had already reversed the number so I knew I was calling Valentine & Kebartas, Inc., after I asked her 4 times finally said the company name, I asked her over and over again why are they addressing themselves as Verzion when they are not, refused to answered. She finally asked me if I was someone by a different name, asked her if one more call, I will be hiring an attorney. I have had same for 14 years and I am current with Verizon. I contacted Verizon and let them know that collection agency is making it sound like you are talking directly to Verizon. They said would file with fraud department, see if they does any good especially if they use them for collections. Just a law suit just waiting to happen.
Very annoying and endless calling from this number.
One of the 800 numbers advertised phone number information. Similar to 411.
I bought Droid Razr phone, it overheated tremendously (as other Razr's do per internet), "Hotspot" didn't work, no "4G" as advertised for my area, data download less than .78mps to.63mps, upload less than 153kbps to .03kbps, returned phone & cancelled service within 3 days of purchase. Began receiving bills for $419 to $460 in Emails and snail mail. Called Verizon Wireless three times, they said they credited my bill but began receiving calls from Valentine & Kebartas every 5mins. to every 2-3 hours after only 35 days of returning phone and cancelling service - EXTREMELY RUDE people!!! The represent Verizon Wireless. Their computer data NEVER match Verizons computer data for bills. Continued receiving bills, called number - 1-800-941-3849 - listed as "Verizon Wireless Customer Financial Services" in letter from "Verizon Wireless", thought I was talking with Verizon Wireless rep. but they said they were "Valentine & Kebartas" working in a Verizon building. Was shocked that Verizon would do such a dirty trick to it's customers! I have documents to prove I don't owe Verizon but know Verizon could care less about it's customers. Verizon keeps claiming they "credited" my account but still getting same bills. BEWARE: collection agency for Verizon resides in one of their buildings so they can get through a legal loop-hole. Also, if you keep disputing, Valentine And Kebartas, Inc. will hang up on you many times when you call as soon as you give your account number or phone number and nothing more. They "flag" your numbers and won't talk to you no matter how nice you are.
Oh, and representatives at Valentine And Kebartis, Inc. will laugh in your face, hang up at will and won't leave voice messages. Even if you have Verizon representative call supervisor at Valentine And Kebartis, Inc. to tell them the debit is not valid, they will continue to try to bill you for services thru Verizon Wireless even after your service was cancelled.

Got that??
Letters from Verizon Wireless signed by "Verizon Wireless Customer Financial Services" =Valentine And Kebartas, Inc. = collection agency (http://www.vnkinc.com/.) Verizon houses Valentine And Kebartas, Inc. representatives in their buildings so they can get away with claiming it's part of their "Financial Services".
Needless to say, I will never, EVER buy any product or service from Verizon again for the rest of my life and am telling everyone I know about my experiences with Verizon and Valentine And Kebartas, Inc. I am also filing official complaints against Verizon and Valentine And Kebartas, Inc. to:
1. Federal Trade Commission - http://www.ftc.gov/
2. Better Business Bureau - http://www.bbb.org/
3. Public Utility Commission of Texas - http://www.puc.state.tx.us/consumer/complaint/Complaint.aspx
4. Verizon Corporate Offices (if address is valid)- http://ecorporateoffices.com/Verizon-1094
5. Valentine And Kebartas, Inc.- http://www.vnkinc.com/contact.htm (they already know how they operate)
6. Mailing (USPS) and Emailing Verizon - carbon copies to my attorney
7. Creating paper trail (documentation) by mailing letters and Emails to all above listed agencies for future litigation, if necessary
(if it ain't on paper, it didn't happen. Just calling these agencies/Verizon/Valentine And Kebartas, Inc. won't work, write letters and Emails, keep copies of EVERYTHING, request telephone log from service provider, witnesses statements, etc. if you want to strengthen your case.Of course, make sure you are in the right before filing any complaints.)
Also, Verizon's Customer Agreement policy makes it very clear that: "IF YOU DO NOT NOTIFY US IN WRITING OF SUCH DISPUTE WITHIN THE 180-DAY PERIOD, YOU WILL HAVE WAIVED YOUR RIGHT TO DISPUTE THE BILL OR SUCH SERVICE(S) AND TO BRING AN ARBITRATION OR SMALL CLAIMS CASE REGARDING ANY SUCH DISPUTE." https://www.verizonwireless.com/b2c/globalTex ... thirdParty=true
So, put it in WRITING within 180 days, send copy by mail and Email to yourself (and your lawyer, if got one) so you will establish date,i.e. paper trail/documentation.
Received a call about this number but it was spoofed under a number from my local area. British AVR(automated voice recording) telling me to call back. This number belongs to Valentine and Kebartas (http://www.vnkinc.com/), it's a collection agency for Verizon Wireless. I didn't call back, I looked the number up online. Thanks interwebs, now i know what to expect. If they keep harassing me, I will report them to the authorities.
