I don't know anyone in jail! But this # keeps calling and does not leave any name but wants me to call this # back if I want the calls to STOP! I am not calling this # back so they can get my info, I have not even answered the calls. However they are harassing me now either several times in a day or sometimes back to back calls within 15 to 20 minutes of each other!! I want it to STOP! I am on the National Do Not Call List and I alerted them to this # as well!! Thank you-

Received call at 3:13 AM CDT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Did not answer. I am on both my state's and US do not call lists. How can they get away with calling in the wee hours of the morning????????????? I am also contacting the PUC (Public Utilities Commission) of Texas to complain.

Yeap.. got 2 calls from this number in a span of 75-80 minutes .The voicemail picked up the recorded message once and then I Blocked it.

This the central number for NCIC, a company that provides telephones in prisons and jails (at a VERY hefty profit!). Maybe an inmate mis-dialed a number. Or a very bored inmate making collect calls just for fun.

I dont think it does anything if we leave complaints here. These idiots just called me. And i live in Miami. Plus, i dont have a single friend in USA. So, it stinks fishy.

Keep recieving phone calls and messages from this number with a recording to call back. It is a jail. Very annoying will not stop.calling I dont know anyone in jail. Need to.stop.calling .
