Got a call from them on our business line, called back, something about a security update, which we don't have, told them to take us off the list and gave them our numbers to remove. Done and done (hopefully). Made sure they knew we were on all the lists to not call for solicitations, and looked up the fine before hand and let them know how much it would be to continue harassing a non-profit that works with traumatized children. We definitely don't need to be wasting time with bs calls when we've got things that are actually important to be doing instead.
they call all the time but never says anything when I answer
CALLED ONCE, NO MESSAGE DID RESEARCH AND FOUND THEY DO STUDENT LOANS, I PAID MINE OFF LAST YEAR. I GUESS THEY HAVENT GOT THAT MEMO YET.
NOTE TO OTHERS: JUST LET IT RING.... NEVER ANSWER NUMBERS IF YOU DONT KNOW THEM... AND IF THEY DO KNOW YOU THEY WOULD LEAVE A MESSAGE... HAVE A NICE DAY PEOPLES!
Get call center it will take care of ask calls like this. I love the pick up & hang up option so they can't leave a message.
