I have been out of school for less than 3 months. I had all of my student loans in deferment and knew in 6 months I'd begin payments. But for at least two weeks, I've been getting calls. At first anytime of day whether it was early morning or late at night. I didn't answer or call ball due to not knowing the number. Now I get a call around 9am every morning. It least a prerecorded message that says nothing about who the call is from or what it pertains to. I've called the number once, thinking it might be a call I was expecting. The lady that answered I couldn't understand. And she couldn't answer any of my questions. The only thing I could figure out was that it had to do with my student loans, and they were saying I was late on payment. They wouldn't talk to me when I was speaking about my loans not being due yet. She just rambled on.

This is getting annoying. I've been logging into my so called account to check on what they messed up information wise. But is there anything I can do to report them about the calls?

After 5 minutes I hung up this happens often, so I googled the number and it is Citi bank, I dont even have an account with them.

Something should be done I have gotten the calls as late as 10pm, and I have a small child.
