How Stupid. Im not even in the US
This was a switchboard number so they asked what company called me. In my case a message was left that it was Wellcare - my Rx insurance company. They were following up on a call I had made re a problem 2 days ago and it had been assigned to a rep who was calling to help resolve this.
From reading other complaints here it does look like this # does handle other companies besides Welcare, so whether all are legitimate calls or some might be from telemarketers I have no idea....as I said it is just a switchboard #. If you don't want them to call you again, you can call and advise the operator who answers and she will take your # off the call list.
Motorola warranty customer service. Rep called about my Bluetooth warranty exchange. Kept me informed. Very helpful.
When I recieved a call from this number the only thing except for the number that showed up was UTAH, which my phone usually show a State if unknown. It was suppose to be a rep from Motorola. She immediately asked for me to confirm my credit/debit card information so they could continue processing a return. I did have an exchange from a defective bluetooth head set, but that has been settled! Plus I still have two weeks before Motorola would have even tried to charge me for not returning my defective product.
Caller ID is UTAH
calls about 2-3 times a day...once in morning, noon and night
found out it was a bank of some sort solicting from relative
