Showed up on caller Id as ihc health srvc. Was not able to answer and they did not leave a message when called the number back it Would not let the call go through.

Called me today an I didn't pick up. Caller ID stated it was from Provo, Utah. Can only assume it's a credit card scam. Haven't called back.
