Caller ID says this company is asterisk. Risk is right. I did not answer. FCC reporting is not working online or on the phone, and if you get an agent they are polite but very ineffective. I am ready to get rid of all telecommunications devices.

Called today, heavy accent asked if I'd registered for a prize, I said nope, then asked if maybe wife did, I said nope, then he hang up. Might be a scam where they want you to say yes then record your call and charge you something for saying yes.

Called and said he was from the Geek Squad, about my computer. Heavy foreign accent, and kept repeating himself when I asked which computer he was calling about. Did call block from my phone and hung P.

called today. heavy accent, stated he was calling from washington dc and my name and number was picked to receive a federal grant of 9,000 dollars. wanted to verify my information to prove i was who i am supposed to be. I asked for a call back name and number. he said he would call me back and hung up

Caller stated he was calling from Washington DC. Caller ID said Salt Lake city. He had a heavy asian accent. Told me that the government was going to give me money and said ok after every sentence. He wanted my age and other info which I did not give. Call was then dropped.by him.

Man with accent from "Customer Focus" woke me at 7:32 am, and proceeded to tell me that they had indications that my computer was infected with a virus 'from the internet'. There was background noise and he tried to talk over me when I told him off and 'good-bye' before I hung up.

They wanted to speak with the person who uses the Microsoft Computer in the household. When I acknowledged that was me, they continued to tell me that when I log on my computer is being hacked and I should purchase security from them. I then explained that I was surprised to hear that since I have a iMac and a Google Chromebook. They quickly hung up.
