Received a call from this number in CA at 7pm. It was a survey call about different candidates running for public office. I'm on the do not call list, but I guess political calls don't count?

I am reading other reports on the web that this is a so called bank?? WHICH bank calls on a SUNDAY NIGHT 6pm ET???? Really??? SUNDAY?? YES, they did call me at that time. Also they called me a couple times on SATURDAY too. NO messages left.

My bills are all paid on time, and so I have NO need to answer these clowns.

I am on the DO NOT CALL list too. WHY am I still getting these annoying calls?????????
