This David Nelson is a bad guy! When I talked to him, he was spouting nothing but lies. He claimed he was an independant contractor, claimed he knew no one named Accuardi. Did not know anyone listed in the company, or who the ceo was. Please call and harass this jerk!! I have gotten 6 calls from this number today. Caller ID reads Sandy UT. Annoying to have to leave what I am busy with to find it is this same person calling. This person has been calling for about 2 wks. already. Tired and angry!

Recorded message about medical service in last 3 months and delay in billing mailings. Says we should be receiving statement shorly (The name they said the service was for was the same as our oldest daughters name except the last letter of the last name. She didn't have any medical service their, and hasen;t even lived at this residence for a couple of years, We live in Arizona and received the call 4-19-10 around 10am.
