These types of calls are ridiculous. This woman called, and left a voicemail ON MY CELL PHONE indicating that I had won a cruise because I registered. I never registered for this. The same thing happened with another phone number calling my cell phone saying I had requested information on debt consolidation, which I also never had done. This is deplorable.

These companies "fly under the radar" of the DNC list because they claim you have "requested" the information or "registered" in the contest. Therefore, the DNC list does not work at all. I would not care so much, but I am getting an increasing frequency of these on my personal cell phone number. STOP IT AND LEAVE ME ALONE!

i am on the do not call list. this number calls, does not leave a message and is quite annoying. i do not have any reason to be called by a collection agency or affliate. can't these calls be stopped?
